Our Philosophy
Our belief is that there are two types of valuation professionals. The first is a numbers geek who is fascinated with the value of things and interested in finding ways to accurately estimate value in the most sensible and cost-effective manner available. The second needlessly complicates projects, making more work than warranted. He's that kid we all remember from grade school that was always asking the teacher to assign more homework.
